This class is a free 4 week program made possible by a grant from the City of Sacramento Arts and Culture.
The goal of this course is to provide community members DJ centric training that creates transferable skills to other industries.
DJ careers are extremely rewarding and provide a dynamic way to make a living. Whether you decide to tour the world, or stream live from your bedroom, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
-ages 11 and up
-open to Sacramento County residents free of charge
Students should have their own laptop to install Serato DJ Lite software:
1. Apple MacBook (2018 or newer)
2. Windows laptop (2018 or newer)
3. Download Serato DJ Lite For free HERE
(iOS and Android devices can be used however students will need to purchase a subscription to DJay Pro. Find out more information HERE)

Students can bring their own DJ equipment however we have Hercules DJ controllers available
